If a Match is Cancelled

If a match is cancelled, postponed, or not completed for any unforeseen reason, and the result is not determined within 48 hours, the bet will be declared void and the stake will be refunded.

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during Live Betting. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply — any subsequent changes will have no effect.

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit: ৳300.
• Deposits are generally instant and credited to your balance within 15 minutes at most.
• Only your own payment methods may be used.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal.

• Each member may participate in any single promotion only once.
• Bonuses can only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• If bonus misuse is detected, your account may be suspended.
• Shillong Board reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

Account Closure by Shillong Board

Shillong Board reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• For violating the Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing a bonus or promotion.
• Attempting match fixing or seeking any unfair advantage.
• Violating anti-money laundering regulations.

Shillong Board places responsible betting at the forefront of everything we do. We believe betting is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income.

Shillong Board is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet disconnections, or other external factors. However, if a bet is affected by a fault in our system, that bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
